The Exhibitor Portal or sometimes referred to as Exhibitor Hub is located here.

To login, Your username is your email that you have used in your contract or the email that has been set up to receive communication with us. 

Please use the Forgot Password button to reset your password. 

  1. Check you are using the correct email to login. Is this the same email you have used for your contract. Or has this email been set up for this specific event edition (this year).
  2. Have you checked your password? Try using the forgot password function
  3. Try typing out your email and password instead of using copy and paste function.
  4. Try using a different browser 

Yes, we can set up additional users to the Exhibitor Portal. Please send us an email detailing the additional user’s name and email address.

Power is NOT included with your booking. You can order power from Exponent (our stand builder) via Task 8

This can be ordered through the venue via Task 12. Alternatively you can use the free Wi-Fi provided by the venue for web browsing (please note this will have a download limit).

Exhibitors may not bring in external food into the venue.

Please order a catering or account card from venue. You may also order a Coffee Cart which is a great way to attract visitors to your stand.

You must complete a Lit Candle Authorisation form to have candles lit inside the venue.

Visit the Customer Service Desk to collect your Exhibitor Badges on arrival. Proceed to your stand to set up. You will need a High Visibility Vest and Closed toe shoes to enter during Move-In. 

Badges & ID

Exhibitor Badges are required for entering the event. Information can be found in the Exhibitor Staff Registration section of Manual.

Visitors must register to enter the event which can be done so via the event website.

Registration for visitors typically opens 3 months out from the event. For more information visit the admission information in the manual.

During Move-In and Move-Out, no children fourteen (14) and under are allowed inside with no exceptions.

During the event, as this is a business event we do not recommend children to attend. If they must attend, children fourteen and under needs to be always accompanied by a guardian and are required to sign a waver at Customer Service Centre.
