Beauty Expo Australia is a trade-only event and is therefore not open to the general public. Business identification is required.
Appropriate trade identification includes the following:
- Signed letter from your manager on company letterhead stating your employment
- A personalised business card (appointment cards do not qualify)
- Certificate/ Diploma of a course you have completed (Industry relevant)
- Business registration documents plus ABN number or business certificate
- Pay Slip
- Invoice from a supplier including your salon name
- Company cheque book/ credit card
If this is the first time you are attending the expo, you will then need to provide a copy of your trade identification documentation with your name and salon name clearly outlined.
If you have attended the expo before, you should already be on our system so you should not be required to provide a trade ID. However, we recommend you bring your business card with you as a precaution if for some reason you are not appearing on the system.
Exhibitor badges are provided to improve the identification to trade visitors. All exhibitors and staff must wear a badge during the show weekend to access the exhibition halls. Please submit all names of staff, guest artists and models only, who will be working on your stand.
HOW TO FILL IN TASK 3
- Use your trading name instead of your company name if you have done so on your company profile
- Use actual names, not generic e.g. Staff 1, Staff 2. Generic names will not be printed.
- Where possible, enter your staff's individual email address and phone number, as they may have their badge scanned at other exhibitor stands
- Company staff NOT working on your stand are required to register online

Please supply the full names of models performing on your exhibition stand where known. Please download instructions on how to submit your badges via Task 3 in the Exhibitor Hub

Exhibitor Parking at Harbourside can be validated for $20 at the Beauty Expo Australia customer service desk, located on Level 4 Hall 5 Foyer. PLEASE NOTE: The ICC does not validate exhibitor parking on either show days (Saturday 16th - Sunday 17th August).
