Exhibitor Profile is your own profile page published on the event website, including contact details, brands, products and services and other promotional materials to entice customers to your stand. The online exhibitor directory is the first place visitors look when planning their visit to Beauty Expo Australia.
ACTION: Complete your Task 1 - listing and profile page as fully as possible to maximise engagement and attract more visitors.
Tip: The online directory is fully searchable so keywords are a must!
Digital Event Guide, Adverts and Website Listing
To ensure your company can achieve the most out of Beauty Expo Australia, each of our exhibitors has their personalised marketing campaign as part of their standard package.
Each exhibitor will be featured in our official Beauty Expo Australia Web Directory, and digital Beauty Book. All features are outlined below.
For both your Web Directory listing and Beauty Book, you will need to complete Task 1 - Edit Profile Page by Friday 16 May 2025.
As part of your stand package, all exhibitors will recieve a Web Listing on the offical Beauty Expo Australia website which includes:

This year at Beauty Expo Australia we are revamping our VIP program and would love to have your input as to who you consider to be your top buyers/salons or those you'd love to see at the show. If they meet our criteria, we'll personally invite them as a VIP guest to Beauty Expo Australia. Submit your nominations here by Friday 25th July!
As part of the VIP experience, we would like to provide top salon owners with a complimentary goody bag of products from our exhibiting brands. Space is limited, and a minimum qty of 100 is required to participate. Products will need to be delivered to us during move-in to provide enough time for the bags to be packed. If this sounds like an opportunity too good to miss, submit details of the product or sample you want to offer via the form below for consideration.
Our team is working hard on curating our highly anticipated digital Beauty Book. To maximise exposure for your brand at no extra cost, we have opened submissions for an exciting opportunity for first-time exhibitors!
First-time exhibitors at Beauty Expo Australia 2025 are eligible to participate in our “New on the Beauty Scene” feature.
