IMPORTANT: Displays should NOT be dismantled or merchandise removed before the official closing of the Expo at 5.00pm on Sunday 21 August 2022.
*If you have a custom stand display, please advise them that access to dismantle stands will not be before the loading dock opens. This will be approximately 45 minutes to an hour after the expo closes.

Admission / Exhibitor ID

Admission Policy for Visitors

Beauty Expo Australia is a trade only event and is therefore not open to the general public. Business identification is required.

Appropriate trade identification includes the following:

- Signed letter from your manager on company letterhead stating your employment
- A personalised business card (appointment cards do not qualify)
- Certificate/ Diploma of a course you have completed (Industry relevant)
- Business registration documents plus ABN number or business certificate
- Pay Slip
- Invoice from a supplier including your salon name
- Company cheque book/ credit card

If this is the first time you are attending the expo, you will then need to provide a copy of your trade identification documentation with your name and salon name clearly outlined.

If you have attended the expo before, you should already be on our system so you should not be required to provide trade ID. However, we recommend you bring your business card with you as a precaution if you for some reason you are not appearing on the system.


Exhibitor Staff Registration

Exhibitor badges are provided to improve identification to the trade visitors. All exhibitors and staff must wear a badge during the show weekend to access the exhibition halls. Please submit all names for staff, guest artists and models only, who will be working on your stand.

- Use your trading name instead of company name if you have done so on your company profile
- Use actual names, not generic e.g. Staff 1, Staff 2. Generic names will not be printed.
- Where possible, enter your staff's individual email address and phone number, as they may have their badge scanned at other exhibitor stands
- Company staff NOT working on your stand are required to register online

Please supply the full names of models performing on your exhibition stand where known. We appreciate that sometimes this isn't confirmed until close to the Beauty Expo Australia show dates, so in these cases, please just write 'Model' in the name field.

All exhibitor badges will be available for collection at the customer service desk when you arrive at the show.

Please complete the Exhibitor ID Form to indicate your staff requirements via the hub Task 3.
