What we are doing to support our accessibility goals at Beauty
Accessible Toilets
Wheelchair and ambulant accessible toilets are available throughout the venue, including both left and right hand railing ambulant toilets.
Parenting Rooms
ICC Sydney has pram and wheelchair accessible parenting rooms equipped with a feeding area, change table and food preparation area. Parenting rooms can be found at Exhibition Centre Level 2 — located directly to the right of Hall 3 entry.
Gender-Inclusive Facilities
ICC Sydney supports all its guests to use the bathroom most applicable to their gender identity, with male, female, and unisex wheelchair accessible bathrooms available. Every wheelchair accessible bathroom at ICC Sydney has a sanitary bin.
Beauty Expo Australia also provides pronoun stickers to add to your badge. These are available from the Registration Desk and Customer Service Desk on Level 4.
Prayer Rooms
Two non-denominational prayer rooms are available for prayer, meditation and reflection. For those that require, a small number of prayer mats are provided in the rooms. The two prayer rooms can be found on Level 3 of Exhibition Centre, opposite meeting room E3.5.
Quiet Zone
Need a break from the crowds? Our Quiet Zone offers a quiet, calming space, located on Level 5, meeting room E5.4.
Hidden Disabilities Sunflower
Beauty Expo Australia supports the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower for non-visible disabilities. Wear a lanyard to signal you may need extra support or time. Lanyards are available at the Registration Desk and Customer Service Desk on Level 4.
Accessibility Aids & Assistance Animals
A limited number of wheelcharis are available to hire free of charge from the ICC via the Convention Centre Customer Service (ground floor lobby). Mobility aids are permitted into the ICC, as are accredited assistance animals.
Parking & Public Transport
P1, containing 8 accessible car spaces, is located on the ground floor of the ICC Exhibition Centre and provides easy access to the Convention Centre.
The ICC is located on the L1 Dulwich Hill light rail line, departing regularly from Central. Alight at Convention for access.
