Australian Business Events Grant Program.

We are delighted to be able to start off the New Year with some good news. Within the last couple of weeks, Beauty Expo Australia has been added to the schedule of approved events for the Australian Business Events Grant Program.

The Business Events Grant Program aims to incentivise Australian businesses to participate as buyers or sellers at pre-approved business events (including exhibitions, conferences and conventions) from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021.

What does that mean for you?

With Beauty Expo now approved as one of the scheduled events, this means you may now be eligible to apply for a grant to help cover up to 50% of the costs associated with exhibiting at the 28-29 August event. This can include your exhibition space cost, stand build, travel and accommodation, with grant amounts ranging from $10,000 per entity per application up to a maximum of $250,000.

Please note, to be eligible to apply, you must have a minimum of $20,000 in total eligible project expenditure.

Not booked a stand for Beauty Expo yet?

With the recent announcement of our new dates, this now gives you more time to apply for the government funding and secure a place at what will be Australia’s first retail trade event in over 12 months. Our team are happy to discuss options, but space is limited so you will need to act fast.

Grant applications close 30 March 2021 or when funding has been exhausted, so we suggest getting your application submitted as early as possible to help with your planning for the 28-29 August event.
