What are the core values and mission of Bahah?
BAHAH as a concept originated from hearing how individual hair and beauty stylists were struggling with inflexible working conditions and capped financial return. The industry itself is booming globally, however individual stylists are still struggling as salon owners take bigger profit percentages. Our mission is to break the glass ceiling of the industry for all stylists so that talent is rewarded accordingly.
What sets Bahah apart in the beauty industry and how are you different?
BAHAH is a one stop shop for home/mobile beauty and hair stylists. Our app combines a booking system, payment portal, advertising platform, business management database, availability diary, mapping system and client chat box all rolled into one simple, yet sophisticated application. Our app also sets a minimum price base for each service which eliminates the need to undercut pricing.

The beauty and hair market is continually evolving and is one of the fastest-paced industries today. Styles, products and techniques change constantly, and we at BAHAH recognise the need to remain one step ahead at all times. Our company is bringing a new level of innovation and sophistication, not only to industry veterans, but to up-and-coming stylists and customers as well. Our team is highly skilled and up-to-date with the industry demands, but above all, we all genuinely believe in the product and can clearly see how it contributes to the industry.
As a new brand, how does Bahah plan to stay ahead of industry trends and innovations?
The BAHAH app and team are constantly looking at new ways to improve and evolve. Our launch is just the start of a long-term plan to break the hair and beauty glass ceiling! From day 1, we recognised the need to remain flexible as a business. Our app has undergone rigorous brainstorming and we were adamant that we would only launch, when the platform was sophisticated enough to easily adapt to changing services, prices, demands etc. We have some of the leading hair and beauty experts in our corner, who are at the forefront of industry innovation and will be pioneering our brand.
How does Bahah contribute to the overall growth and development of the skincare and beauty industry?
BAHAH is all about empowering individuals in the industry! It is a common misconception that hair and beauty is a skill easily learned and mastered. The reality could not be further from the truth. We believe in growing recognition by championing talent above all else and allowing individuals to be as innovative as they wish. In doing so, we hope to encourage progression and creativity in hair and beauty, whilst simultaneously supporting advancement in all areas of the industry.

Beauty professionals can expect BAHAH to deliver a groundbreaking alternative to their current work life. We will have staff on the floor, including the founders, to answer any questions, and, most excitingly, a huge cash prize on offer to one lucky winner! As the beauty expo is our official launch to service providers, we are giving all in attendance the opportunity to be amongst the first in the world to download the app and register as a service provider.
What are the future goals and upcoming projects for Bahah?
The next stage in the BAHAH journey will be engaging with clients to ensure all service providers are receiving the full BAHAH experience. Our initial launch will encompass Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane/Gold Coast metropolitan areas and, shortly after, expanding Australia-wide. We are determined to deliver an app that will generate a reliable income stream for all service providers while allowing all stylists to work as much, or as little, as the want.
