The gut and its influence on skin conditions

The gut and its influence on skin conditions

9 Sep 2018, 3:00 PM - 4:15 PM

Room 5

Are you sometimes frustrated to find that despite a rigorous skin management protocol, including carefully selected homecare product recommendations and in clinic treatments you are not always able to successfully manage inflammatory skin conditions?

Sometimes the source of the issue may actually lie in the gut. The gut is home to trillions of bacteria which, when the balance is right, are responsible for our general health and wellbeing. When the balance is not right, gut dybiosis has long been associated with disease and illness. Skin conditions such as acne, eczema, rosacea and psoriasis are also associated with a dysbiotic gut.

Join Chiza Westcarr to learn more about the link between inflammatory skin conditions and gut health.
