WHO CAN ATTEND?
Beauty Expo Australia is a trade only event and is therefore not open to the general public. Business identification is required.
Appropriate trade identification includes the following:
- Signed letter from your manager on company letterhead stating your employment
- A personalised business card (appointment cards do not qualify)
- Certificate/ Diploma of a course you have completed (Industry relevant)
- Business registration documents plus ABN number or business certificate
- Pay Slip
Invoice from a supplier including your salon name
Company cheque book/ credit card
If this is the first time you are attending the expo, you will then need to provide a copy of your trade identification documentation with your name and salon name clearly outlined.
If you have attended the expo before, you should already be on our system so you should not be required to provide trade ID. However, we recommend you bring your business card with you as a precaution if you for some reason are not appearing on the system.
WHEN IS IT ON?
Beauty Expo takes place on 24 & 25 August 2019. The dates and opening times for Beauty Expo 2019 are the following:
Saturday 24 August 2019 9:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday 25 August 2019 9:00am - 5:00pm
WHERE IS IT HELD?
Beauty Expo 2019 is being held at the ICC in Darling Harbour, Sydney.
WHAT DOES AN ENTRY TICKET GIVE ME ACCESS TO?
Your expo pass gives you access to the exhibition floor both days of the event. You'll have access to all the activity on the expo floor, over 250 sought after brands and an array of on floor features.
HOW DO I BUY A TICKET?
You can purchase a ticket to Beauty Expo Australia online on this website. Register to attend.
Alternatively, you can purchase a ticket at the expo entry at ICC Sydney during expo hours on 24 & 25 August 2019.
I'VE REGISTERED ONLINE BUT AM NOT SURE HOW TO RETRIEVE MY TICKET
You will have received an email with a step-by-step guide assisting you to download your e-ticket, which you can print and bring along with you to gain entry into the Expo. There will be e-ticket holders at the expo entrance for you to place your folded badge in. You will be required to wear your e-ticket to get into the exhibition halls
I HAVE PURCHASED MY TICKET ONLINE, BUT WHAT IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN OR NOT RECEIVED MY TICKET?
You are able to collect it on the day at the Badge Reprint desk, please bring photo identification with you. Or contact us pre-event via:

Please note there is an admin fee for tickets bought online and onsite, 1.2% for Visa & Mastercard and 3% for Amex.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED INTO THE EXHIBITION HALLS?
Children are permitted, however we strongly recommend that you find alternate care due to Health & Safety and as it is a business event. Children under 15 are free to enter. Children over 15 will need to purchase a valid ticket.
CAN I BRING A FRIEND OR GUEST?
Beauty Expo is a trade only event and as such guests are not permitted. If you are a Salon Owner or Salon Manager, you may bring along 1 guest only at a cost of $40. Accompanying guest passes can be purchased onsite at the Expo (not available for pre purchase and allows guest access for 1 day only). If they work in the industry, they must book as per above.
